Terms & conditions.

The ground rules for using our website—and a clear boundary between public site terms and signed project agreements.

01

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

02

What this site provides

The website presents Atyuttama's capabilities, ideas, original product concepts, and selected work. Content is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or security advice, and may be updated without notice.

03

Project services

Design, engineering, AI, marketing, and related services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement. That project agreement defines scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, acceptance, support, and any service-specific terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that work.

04

Client responsibilities

For project work, clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate instructions, authorised access, lawful source materials, and decisions needed to keep delivery moving. Atyuttama is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals, dependencies, or information outside our control.

05

Fees, taxes, and payment

Project fees, deposits, milestones, expenses, taxes, and payment dates are stated in the applicable project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, work may pause when an undisputed payment is overdue.

06

Intellectual property

Atyuttama owns this website, its brand, original site content, and underlying materials unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links for ordinary business use, but may not copy, resell, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from site content without permission.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing tools, open-source components, fonts, stock assets, models, and third-party materials are defined in the relevant project agreement and applicable licences.

07

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, probe security without written permission, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

08

Third-party services and links

The site may link to products, portfolio sites, scheduling tools, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean we guarantee or endorse every part of the external service.

09

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the site useful, accurate, and available, but provide it on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Project-specific warranties, if any, are stated in the project agreement.

10

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atyuttama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of or inability to use this public website. Liability relating to paid project work is governed by the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11

Governing law and changes

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating only to these terms are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We may update the terms as the site or our legal obligations change; the updated date will appear here.

12

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@atyuttama.com. For a project-specific question, please refer first to the contact and notice provisions in your signed agreement.
